What Are The Payment Options?
You can make your payments by wire transfer, credit card on boat or cash.
What Are The Booking Conditions?
30% upfront payment is requested to confirm the tour. Bookings are cancelled on pre-payments not made within 24 hours.
What Are The Cancellation Terms?
You can cancel your reservation up to 15 days before the tour. The full amount of your prepayment will be refunded to you.
The amount deposited as a pre-payment on a cancelled booking less than 15 days into the tour will not be refunded to you.
All payments are refunded in full on tours cancelled by Dorist Yachting due to compelling reasons.
Dorist Yachting cancels the tour due to bad weather conditions or conditions which may make the course unfavorable by compelling reasons and all payments are refunded.
Our yachts and boats are suitable for all weather conditions in all seasons. For this reason, cancellations made by guests due to weather conditions (such as rainy, cold or closed weather) are not refunded.
Can We Extend The Time Of The Tour During The Tour?
Especially in the summer season, yachts and boats take back-to-back tours, so we recommend you to determine the duration of your trip from the beginning. During the tour, if there is no other tour of the boat behind your predetermined end time, you can extend your trip time.
Where Is The Departure And Destination Of Yacht?
The departure and destination of the yachts vary according to the boat you request. On the yachts & boats page, there is a departure and destination in the detail section of the boat you selected. Please inform us at the time of booking, if there is a different location where you would like to board or disembark. Some piers allow berthing free of charge, while some piers charge a berthing fee.
